Every athlete has different goals, experience, and availability. That’s why Rising Endurance offers a range of coaching options, from one-to-one coaching to custom and pre-built training plans.

Whether you’re training for your first 5K, preparing for a triathlon, or working toward a long-term endurance goal, the services below are designed to give you the right level of structure and support.

Our Services

  • $60 AUD / week

    For athletes who want full coaching support, frequent plan adjustments, and ongoing performance analysis. This is the most hands-on coaching option at Rising Endurance, with training adapted continuously based on how you are responding in real time.

    This option includes everything from the Custom Training Plan, plus deeper coach involvement and more frequent adjustments.

    What’s Included:

    Dynamic Programming & Weekly Updates

    • Your training is updated weekly, with adjustments made based on performance trends, recovery, and how sessions are actually feeling. Plans are flexible and evolve as your fitness and availability change.

    Real-Time Plan Adjustments

    • Training is adjusted proactively based on readiness, training data, and feedback. Sessions can be modified on the fly to manage fatigue, respond to missed sessions, or take advantage of good training momentum.

    Unlimited Plan Adjustments

    • There is no limit on plan changes. Training evolves continuously rather than being locked into pre-set blocks.

    Advanced TrainingPeaks Analysis

    • Your TrainingPeaks data is reviewed regularly to track progress, monitor trends, and guide decision-making. This includes performance metrics and recovery indicators such as HRV and sleep where available.

    Ongoing Zone Updates

    • Training zones are reviewed and updated continuously as fitness changes, ensuring sessions remain appropriately targeted throughout the season.

    Race Strategy & Debriefs

    • Support around key races, including pacing strategy, execution guidance, and post-race review to inform future training.

    Unlimited Communication

    • Unlimited messaging and calls as needed, with a guaranteed response within 24 hours. Communication is focused on keeping training aligned with real-world demands.

    Best For

    • Athletes seeking high-touch coaching, accountability, and continuous refinement of their training, with a coach actively involved in day-to-day decision making.

  • 35 AUD / week

    A fully personalised training plan built around your goals, schedule, and training background. Ideal for athletes who want structure tailored specifically to them, without the need for daily coach interaction.

    What’s Included

    Structured TrainingPeaks Workouts

    • All sessions are delivered as fully structured workouts in TrainingPeaks and can be sent directly to your watch for easy follow-along. Each session includes clear targets based on pace, heart rate, power, or RPE so you always know exactly what you’re aiming to do.

    Personalised Training Zones

    Your training zones are set using performance testing and your existing data, not generic formulas. You can choose to train using:

    • Heart rate

    • Pace

    • Power

    • RPE

    Zones are tailored to your experience, equipment, and event focus, and updated as needed during the plan.

    Initial Consultation

    • A focused call to understand your goals, training history, current availability, and any upcoming races or priorities. This forms the foundation of your plan.

    Custom Training Plan

    • Your plan is built specifically around your lifestyle and race calendar and delivered through TrainingPeaks. Plans are flexible by design and adapt as your training progresses rather than being locked into a fixed timeline.

    Testing Protocols

    • Relevant testing sessions are included to establish benchmarks and guide zone updates throughout the plan.

    Monthly Check-In Call

    • A scheduled monthly call to review your training data, discuss how training is feeling, and make any necessary adjustments. We’ll look at progress, upcoming training blocks, and refine the plan based on how things are tracking in the real world.

    • Athletes who want personalised structure, accurate zone setting, and regular coaching input, while remaining largely self-directed between check-ins.

  • Structured training plans built for busy, driven athletes who want clear direction and proven progression.

    If you’re looking for a ready-to-use plan with zero guesswork, these TrainingPeaks-ready programs provide structured workouts, testing guidance, and a full athlete guide to help you train with confidence using heart rate, pace, power, or RPE.

    All plans are intermediate level, designed for athletes who already train 3 to 5 times per week and want a more structured build toward race day.
