CUSTOM TRAINING PLAN
$25 CAD/Week
Take the guesswork out of your training and start training with purpose. Our customized training plans are designed for Triathletes, Runners, and Strength Athletes & built around your unique goals, fitness level, and schedule to ensure every workout is effective.
Whether you're training for a Marathon, Triathlon, Hybrid fitness, or Strength performance, we create a structured plan tailored to you.
Available in flexible one-week blocks with a six-week minimum commitment.
What’s Included:
Initial Consultation:
A phone/video session to assess your training goals, fitness level, and scheduling needs.
Custom Training Plan:
Using your performance metrics, a plan is tailored to your schedule and shared via TrainingPeaks.
Plans are sold in one-week blocks with a minimum commitment of six weeks and can be adjusted to suit your race schedule.
Performance & Analysis:
Guided performance testing across all Triathlon disciplines (swimming, cycling, & running).
Results are analyzed to determine your personalized training zones. Performance data reviewed and feedback provided during monthly calls.
Training Support
Assistance with goal setting, workout scheduling, and race planning.
Guidance is provided to train effectively using heart rate, power, and pace zones.
Develop confidence in your capabilities through monthly feedback and encouragement.
Communication:
One scheduled call per month.
Ongoing, constructive feedback to keep you motivated.
ONE TO ONE COACHING
$50 CAD/Week
Experience one-to-one endurance coaching designed for athletes of all levels who want fully personalized training, advanced performance analysis, and real-time adjustments.
Ideal for triathletes, runners, and hybrid athletes, this coaching service provides expert guidance, in-depth data review, and tailored support to help you build a strong foundation, maximize your strengths, and achieve your race-day goals
Available in monthly blocks with a 2 month minimum commitment.
